Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Paddle, our Merchant of Record and payment provider. Paddle handles payment processing, billing, applicable taxes, subscription management, and refund processing for these transactions.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all purchases made through Paddle.

You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the date of your purchase or charge.

Refund requests submitted within this 14-day period are eligible for a full refund for any reason, with no additional conditions or requirements.

You do not need to provide a reason for your refund request. Accessing, using, generating, downloading, exporting, or otherwise using ImageToEditable during the 14-day period does not affect your eligibility for a refund.

Subscriptions and Renewals

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewal charges. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period unless otherwise indicated by Paddle.

If an initial subscription payment or renewal charge has already been processed, you may request a full refund of that charge within 14 calendar days of the charge date under our 14-day money-back guarantee.

Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not automatically submit a refund request.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you may:

• Use the refund or support link provided in your Paddle purchase receipt or subscription management page, or
• Email us at contact@imagetoeditable.com.

We will assist you with your refund request where necessary.

Refund Processing

Eligible refunds will be processed by Paddle and returned to the original payment method where possible.

The time it takes for a refund to appear in your account may depend on Paddle, your payment provider, bank, card issuer, or other payment method provider.

After the 14-Day Period

Refund requests submitted more than 14 calendar days after the relevant purchase or charge are not covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee.

Nothing in this policy limits any additional refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or other consumer rights that may apply to you under applicable law or Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Paddle as Merchant of Record

All payments for ImageToEditable are processed securely by Paddle. Paddle acts as our Merchant of Record and handles payment processing, billing, applicable taxes, subscription management, and refund processing.

Paddle's applicable Buyer Terms also apply to transactions processed through Paddle.
